On March 25, 1938, the 617-seat Pikes Theatre opened. Designed in an Art Deco motif, it continued to show movies until closing in 1984, reopening and closing several times throughout the years.

Today, The PIKES Studio serves the community showing film classics and independent films and provides podcast studio rental space and event venue space seating 80 in the twin cinemas.
